General Definitions
Betting Company: Refers to the 1win platform (also called the Internet Resource), an online destination where users can place bets on sporting events.
Affiliate Program: A marketing initiative by 1win aimed at attracting new users through affiliate promotions. Affiliates receive banners, links, and other materials to drive traffic and earn commissions based on the referred players’ activity.
Affiliate: An individual or legal entity that partners with 1win by adhering to the terms of the Affiliate Program, promoting the platform, and bringing in new players.
Players: Users who sign up and engage with 1win’s betting services after clicking an Affiliate’s referral link.
Revenue: The earnings an Affiliate receives as a share of the profit generated by their referred players.
Payout: The process of transferring an Affiliate’s earned revenue from the program’s internal account to an external payment method.
Promotional Materials: A collection of marketing assets, such as banners, links, and text content, provided to Affiliates for online promotion of 1win’s services.
General Provisions
- Affiliates must review and accept the program’s terms before participating.
- Only individuals aged 18 or older can join the Affiliate Program.
- Each Affiliate is responsible for safeguarding their personal information and login credentials. The company is not liable for any unauthorized access.
Use of Intellectual Property:
- Affiliates may not replicate or imitate the Company’s website design, trademarks, or brand identity.
- Usage of the Company’s logos, graphics, or promotional materials is only permitted with prior approval, except for assets explicitly provided within the Affiliate Program.
- Registering domains, websites, or apps using the 1win brand name is strictly prohibited.
- Using the Company’s trademarks in search engine keywords or meta tags is not allowed.
The Company reserves the right to amend the Affiliate Program’s terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Affiliate Program website.
Marketing & Promotion Rules:
- Spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized brand-related traffic sources are not allowed. Violations may lead to account termination.
- Cookie stuffing tactics, such as invisible iframes or automated scripts, are prohibited.
- The Company reserves the right to request details about an Affiliate’s traffic sources at any time. Failure to provide transparency may result in account suspension.
- Each Affiliate is allowed one account unless otherwise approved by the Company.
- Self-referrals, including registering as a player through one’s own affiliate link, are not permitted.
- If an Affiliate stops promoting 1win, their commission rate may be adjusted to the default starting rate of 50%.
- The Company has the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity or violations are suspected.
- Aggressive or offensive behavior toward Company representatives will not be tolerated and may lead to account closure.
- All communications between Affiliates and the Company’s support team are confidential and should not be disclosed.
- Using images or videos of public figures, including Company ambassadors, in promotional campaigns is not permitted.
CPA Model Terms
- Affiliates must contact their Affiliate Program manager to enable CPA commissions.
- A minimum of 10 First Deposits (FDs) is required for CPA payouts.
- Players who were already registered with 1win do not count toward CPA earnings.
- The Company’s branded services (“1win” and “onewin”) may be restricted in certain regions. Users from these locations will be notified of any limitations.
Referral Fee
Affiliate earnings vary based on the net revenue generated by their referred players. The standard commission rate starts at 50% but may change at the Company’s discretion.
Payment of Fees
Payouts are processed every Tuesday, provided the Affiliate has referred at least 10 active players who deposited a minimum of ₽5,000 or $/€70. If these requirements are not met, earnings will be rolled over until the conditions are fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution
Affiliates can raise concerns by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. False claims or offensive language in communications may result in account penalties.
