Who’re the 991 gamers who’ve registered for IPL public sale 2023?


A complete of 991 gamers – 714 Indians and 277  abroad – have signed as much as be part of the Indian Premier League public sale which is scheduled to happen on December 23 in Kochi.

The window for IPL 2023 participant registrations closed on November 30.

The gamers’ checklist consists of 185 capped, 786  uncapped and 20 gamers from Affiliate Nations.

The detailed checklist is as below –

 Capped worldwide gamers: 166

 Affiliate gamers: 20

 Uncapped Indian gamers who have been part of earlier IPL seasons: 91

 Uncapped worldwide gamers who have been part of earlier IPL seasons: 3

“If every franchise were to have a maximum of 25 players in their squad, 87 players are available to be bought in the auction (of which up to 30 players can be overseas players),” an announcement from BCCI secretary Jay Shah stated.
