Former HCA presidents focus on corrective measures, Affiliation election in particular assembly


Former BCCI president and India off-spinner N. Shivlal Yadav, together with former HCA presidents G. Vinod, Arshad Ayub, and former Secretaries Ok. John Manoj and T. Seshnarayan, knowledgeable the media on Monday that that they had convened a Particular Common Assembly on December 11 on the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad.

Shivlal stated that the one-point agenda of the assembly is to nominate a Returning Officer to make sure the method of early elections would start.

“Neither do I know Justice Kakru nor did I meet him. But, I have the highest respect for Justice Kakru,” he stated.

Shivlal, who was additionally former HCA President, stated the BCCI had no position within the HCA affairs. “It will not interfere and in a worse case if things come to such a pass then the HCA would meet the same fate as Rajasthan Cricket Association. And, this is exactly what we don’t want to happen,” he stated.

G. Vinod appealed to all of the affiliated HCA Secretaries to struggle for Constitutional rights and guarantee early elections are held to take corrective measures.

Arshad stated there was no dispute about membership of any non-public golf equipment and all disputes have been cleared in 1993 itself because of a communication from the then Municipal Company of Hyderabad.

John Manoj stated it was ironic that membership of some golf equipment was being disputed now by those that received the elections with the identical voters listing final time. “I believe there are some vested interests in the SC panel formed to take care of HCA affairs to allow Azhar to continue with his illegal actions,” Seshnarayan alleged.
