The beginning of the primary T20 Worldwide of the three-match sequence between India and New Zealand has been delayed on account of rain right here on Friday.
The toss was delayed on account of steady downpour as sparse crowd waited patiently on the Sky Stadium.
India will play three T20Is and as many ODIs as a part of their tour of New Zealand.
Each the groups are coming into the match following their exit from the semifinal stage of the T20 World Cup in Australia.
Whereas India misplaced to eventual champions England, New Zealand have been defeated by Pakistan.
